...means "evening".

Mornië utúlië. Darkness has come. Mornië alantië. Darkness has fallen.
And it is the darkest part of the year, the quiet part, the dying days, when things end, things die, and rest and introspection should be our lot.

I have felt this, as I do every year. The negative pessimist in me is out, I have a harder time being plain nice and positive, and I feel my negative sides coming to the fore. It is much about me, in a bad way. I certainly am working on it. But it is this time of the year again...
I was a good girl on Samhain. My satyr was not there, so I had no one to really revel with, but I did dance - at least on the Saturday. I wore the same guise as one year ago - has it really been that long? but it has - and the cold night stung my cheeks when outdoor I went afterwards.

Yea, it is the darker part of the year. Darkness falls already around 3 pm, and thus it happened today that I took a long walk after leaving a car at the ferry terminal, and had both Katarina, and to some extent, later, Isilmëarë, come out (thought the latter was because of the sea, not the night). This time of the year is fitting for old World of Darkness. But no roleplay for me, there is no time.

I was supposed to go home last week, as I usually do, but X2000 train was one hour twenty minutes late from Gothenburgh to Stockholm (as per very usual) and thus I, of course, missed the ferry. It was all right staying - I practiced iai four days in a row instead! What a wonderful thing it was. The Kensei Kai club is really great, I have been lucky once again, and their head-sensei, Mike-sensei, is really nice.

Right now, I am a bit ill, clamping down hard on my urges to start a Wood Elf army and buy other nifty stuff, writing a lot on Anjie's interlude years, and in need of new shoes.

And that's what I'll write today, because I'm dead tired and sleepy.
