Samurai showdown

No postcards, you say? Me, who always, and I really mean that (to those who don't get it: I sent on average 1 1/5 postcards per week when I lived here), sends postcards?

Simple: Me and Richard have been living with Oohara-sensee and between Monday and Friday practiced about 6 hours per day. We did not get out of the house.
Not that we did mind a lot, though it was certainly nice once we did.
We have seen some sights, met lots of people, practiced even more and yesterday (this weeks Thursday) we managed to get our shodan and nidan, respectively. It feels... not much special. Maybe because of the Bloody Troublesome Swedish Kendo Federation. Oh well.
Congrats to sensee who managed to get us to the proper level!

Sleep, eat, practice, eat, practice, eat, bath, sleep. There you have it. Not much else to the visit here. Oh, except talking, seeing nice stuff, visiting AIU, etc etc.
Tonight we go to Tokyo again. Maybe we can afford that sword, but thanks to CSN maybe not. We'll see.

Is it over so soon? And yet after so long a time? I am... I feel strange. As usual.

Oh well. Just to let you know we're alive. See you all some day!
