Woke up by the call from the alarm clock, laid back and thought "Mmm, I wish... oh.... yeah, [wolfie] is going to call now!"
and the telephone began to ring, and indeed it was darling wolf.
Almost missed my breakfast.
It was so worth it \^-^/
Then, things got sucky. Grammar quiz: 6/20, worst this far. I honestly don't think my so-so-sometimes-good scores in kanji matters much.
But then again, and HURRAY for this fact - as opposed to the *cough cough* at Gothenburg University, Ayusawa-sensee (and, I hope, Kawatsu-sensee) actually look at one's performance in class and stuff other than only only and only the test results. Scores, to be more exact. Yes, that was an obvious stick to the teachers at GU. COME ON, even in your home-country people are starting to... ahem, look at other things than they did 10 years ago. Please join in.
Was on Japanese television today. NHK filmed the shorinji-club doing a kata, among other things. T3h h0rr0r. Why do I always end up doing these things?
Mood swings. Dammit, thought I didn't have those anymore, but here they are. My kind of mood swings.
Had kendo practice. Took a wrong step yesterday, so left foot hurts more than usual. Gah. I think it was Donohue that wrote in his book about martial arts that "if you enjoyed your kendo practice, you didn't practice it the right way". My left hand is blistered, have a number of open and closed ones, and just generally does not like to touch things.
Had some time to do iaido, too *sighs happily*.
Oh! Hehe, try saying, with a serious and somewhat superior voice "Are you stupid?" to a Japanese. Preferably, if you are a woman, to a man. Young one. *lfmao* The look on his face, priceless... I bet he never, ever thought that could happen to him. But I did. And he really was, by the way. Oh well.
I even managed to do the whole thing squatting on the ground, while he was standing. Don't think he likes me, but I couldn't care less. Tee heee... -] *smug grin*
Crypticism of the day:
Like hell I do! But I will still cheer for it, and I am so very good at hiding.
