Endórë

Todays quenya means something like the center of the world, that is, Middle-earth.

I seem to have caught... something. My stomach still isn't well, and yesterday I started feeling worse. My legs feel like they're constantly cramping, like after one has thrown up and the whole body is starting to relax after cramping up. It hurts, all the time, whatever I do. I've been mulling over different options - could it be the borrelia wasn't properly killed off, is it something else (not again) or is it maybe just some kind of ordinary, small, illness?
I did try some mental excercises to relac, but they only worked partially. Oh well, I hope it passes.

Finished mopping up the last of the German course, and am now trudging along the path of "write two papers on deadly boring subjects" in the archaeology course. We'll see how it goes, as usual it's not about the grades but about learning stuff, and it doesn't really interest me, this subject... how archaeological knowledge is produced and distributed.

The plans for the trip are coming along nicely, if bumpy at times. We probably managed to get the apartment let to someone, and it seems getting one in Edinburgh isn't too difficult. But oh dear, it will be an interesting gathering of people. I'm looking forward to the roleplaying and going to see the sights of Scotland. We've got four guide-books to read right now, and I think I've decided to buy the Rough Guide too, it has a lot of quirky information the Lonely Planet misses out on. However, I still prefer the way LP writes their books.

More hugs for me, but right now everyone else is away for fixing stuff. Gah. Two weeks! Can you believe it? Too short, ick! And I got these wonderful ideas for clothes for next years larping season and we'll be getting back here again at the earliest in June or somesuch, oh dear. Well, luckily, I have most of my stuff done - Malk, however, does not, and I've promised to create his new outfit for Kastaria. handsewing is fun, though. And you've got do to something in Scotland, I guess.

Best news of the day before yesterday: neighbour downstairs, the one I've been contemplating all manners of nasty deaths for, might be moved to a care center for elderly. VICTORY!!!
